Hey! Welcome to the world of Sharp Brain Consulting!
For my entire career, I have worked in the non-profit field and have worked to empower women, minority and low-income communities. Sharp Brain Consulting is the sum of my professional experience and personal passions.
I started SBC for two reasons:
- First, I want to uplift vulnerable communities by supporting non-profit staff and leadership. I do this by conducting training sessions with non-profit staff and leaders.
- Second, I want to help women live their best lives! I do this by providing them the skills, knowledge, and support they need to craft lives they are proud to live. I particularly enjoy working with millennials and moms.
Organizations such as the Junior League of Greenville, Greenville Health System, the YMCA of Greenville, and Greenville County Schools have brought me in to speak, teach and conduct workshops for their staff. While most of my work has been in Greenville, I welcome the opportunity to work with organizations in other Southern cities. I am a certified trainer with Bossed Up and am a past TEDxGreenville speaker.
Some of my favorite topics to discuss are unconscious bias and the brain, poverty and the brain, self-care and the impact of negative self-talk.
I am incredibly passionate about the Greenville community and working to improve the lives of my neighbors here. I am particularly involved in the non-profit and young professional communities in Greenville. Additionally, I am involved with the United Way of Greenville, the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, and the Junior League of Greenville. I am a graduate of Leadership Greenville and the Riley Institute's Diversity Leaders Initiative through Furman University.
